RSE file

Due to sampling errors, survey estimates produced do not reflect the overall population with 100% accuracy. The accuracy of any particular results can be determined by calculating the Relative Standard Error (RSE).

SuperCROSS annotates estimates that fall below particular cut-off values that can be configured using the RSE file.
