My Custom Data - SuperWEB2
You can use the My Custom Data tab to create your own custom groups of values (also referred to as recodes).
Once you have created a custom group, you can use it in your tables. Your custom groups will be saved on the server and you can access them again the next time you use SuperWEB2. You can also download/save your groups to a file, which you can share with other SuperWEB2 users.
There are two ways to create a custom group:
- By selecting items from a list.
- Using a map. This option is only available for fields containing geographical data. When selecting from the map, you can select the items you want either by clicking them individually, drawing a rectangle around the ones you want, or using the radial select tool (with this tool you click a point on the map and choose a radius in kilometres, and SuperWEB2 selects all the areas that fall within that geographic area).
Once you have created a group you can also:
- Edit the group by adding and removing items.
- Rename the group.
- Create a copy of the group (for example if you want to create another similar group you can start with an existing one as a template and then edit the copy).
- Delete a group.
- Save the group to a file and reload it. Saving to a file also allows you to share your custom groups with other SuperWEB2 users.
You cannot access the My Custom Data tab if you are logged in as a guest user.
