Disable Automatic Totals
When you drag field values to create a new table, SuperWEB2 automatically adds a row or column total:
You can turn off automatic totals if you prefer. Users will still be able to show totals if they want to, but they will need to turn them on manually by selecting the totals option from the drop-down menu:
To make this change, edit the table.totalsInitialState setting in the <tomcat_home>\webapps\webapi\WEB-INF\classes\configuration.properties configuration file.
You can choose from the following settings:
nototals | Hide all totals initially. |
|---|---|
alltotals | Show all totals initially. |
outermosttotals | Show totals for outermost fields only. This is the default setting. |
This setting applies both when creating tables in Table View, and when loading a saved table. You will need to restart Tomcat or the SuperWEB2 service to apply the change.
